| We specialize in pioneering medium and large scale civil constructions and developing new era construction technologies. We indigenize the latest global technologies to local conditions and terrain to extract maximum results. We specialize in large scale civil construction by leveraging new age construction technologies. We undertake all types of projects ranging from residential buildings to industries and commercial buildings. A strong customer focus approach and constant quest for top class quality have enabled us to attain and sustain leadership during all these periods. All achieving by absolute professionalism, great emphasis on quality and delivering on time schedule. We have done several prestigious constructions for MRF and Malayala Manorama and several multistoried buildings for hospitals, schools, colleges and theatres. We have enough sophisticated building equipments and machineries.

| We have well experienced and qualified Engineers. We have our own properties/spaces for a spacious office at the heart of Kottayam Town with show room facilities with an area of 1400 Sq. ft. and a godown cum work shop having an area of 1175 Sq. ft. in the same premises. Other than this, we have a well equipped service centre-cum-workshop which is 10 Kms away from Kottayam which has 25000 Sq.ft area with all sophisticated machinery and men who have got ample training in the repair of vehicles & machinery. We have started a division in the year 2002 ,by name Road Division, with a full set of modern road work machineries and equipments. It was a great success. We carried out four major K.S.T.P. Road works projects. In the third Phase of Kerala State Transport Project, we had participated and were lowest for 4 Projects. We had executed Kozhencherry-Chengannur road (KSTP-RMC-30).

| In the year 2004 we have started another division i.e. Hospitality Division which has 34 Air Conditioned cottages, built in traditional Kerala style with an ethnic ambience blended with modern facilities. This is a 4 Star category property at Kumarakom, Kottayam.
Vellapally Brothers has over the years earned a reputation i.e. rock solid. While its reputation is reflected in the edifices that it has built, the respect and trust that it continues to enjoy can be gauged from the words of its clients.
